RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied and we are happy to accept returns in accordance with our returns policy outlined below. To return an item, you must purchase it from Dhiophi. Packages purchased through Dhiophi can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to you through the original method of payment.

Return standard

1.Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2.Items must be unused and undamaged.

3.Items must have all original tags attached.

Please provide as much information as possible, including the order number, full name, address, phone number, and reason for return.

Before returning an item, we may ask you to email photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

First, you need to find the order you want to return in the order history and click "Return". Our team will review your request and, if approved, will email you a return label to send your order back to us. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of your order. Return policy

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item from us, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs, nor will we charge any restocking or other fees associated with the return. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories within 30 days of the date we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.

The following items do not apply to the return refund policy:

1.Any merchandise not sold on this website.

2.The item has been used or damaged, and the label/original protective film has been removed.
